I have to check the front and back doors at least five times before I go to bed at night, just to be sure they are locked. (even though I know they are) Drives me mental.  On the third time, I'll say to myself 'right, its definately locked, no need to check it again' but without fail I can't walk past the bastardn things without one (two) final checks.

Same with the car...

Setting my alarm can take a while as well.

You have my sympathy, I use to be desperate for doing stuff like that - I've slipped out of the habit now a little bit but the alarm thing is still an issue - it's check twice or three times and I've 3 or 4 alarms set.     I'd still be pretty bad checking my pockets for phone, wallet, keys etc - keys and wallet must be in my right pocket - phone must be in my left pocket.  If there's street I'm use to walking on I have to take the exact same path every time, crossing over at the same point etc.
The cooker is another one - have to keep checking it's off.

I leave my house doors and car doors unlocked at all times, even during the night. That way I have piece of mind in that I'll never be worrying if I've locked them or not.

Also, even though I know my numbers, I never do the lottery. That way, I win a pound every week.

When in company or in a crowd and really need to let one rip sometimes rather casually hand into back pocket pull one arse cheek away from the other and she will slide out without a whimper. Nothin worse than lettin it build up inside!!
Saves embarrasment that the rattle can bring, although very important not to show any signs of guilt if shes a stinker!
