We both know you understood my post and both know mentioning Hayes was only to impress others, not to further any debate with me.

Well I know what I know. I haven't a clue what you know and much less what you mean. One of the things I know is that this is the end of the discussion if you can't address the issue and argue your point without acting the maggot like this.

Liam Hayes was and is a full time journalist. We both know that. You were the one that asked the nonsensical question:

QuoteShould Liam Hayes have refused payment for his journalism when he was a player?

I have never said that Joe Brolly shouldn't be paid. Notice how I have not mentioned any of the other pundits. My issue is that if he is paid he should remember that is only because he was a player. In my opinion it is then hypocritical of him to attack other players for doing the same.

In my original post I also mentioned paid managers some of who have publicly attackeds the players grants issue. In my opinion they are also hypocrites if they are taking money.

I have argued my point in many posts here and you are the only one who started posting insults and acting the maggot in reply.

You hate the GPA. Fine. You are against pay for play. Fine, so am I.

You read an opinion of an individual that differs from your own and this was your contribution to the debate:
QuoteWith all due respect, Muppet, that's horseshite

Maybe I missed it earlier in the thread  but, instead of everybody arguing about it, can somebody just post the link to the accounts of Club Tyrone (or the accounts of the Couty Board which detail how funds by Club Tyrone were used).

Getawaytefuckouttathat. Have you ever seen the full accounts of any County in the press or any public forum bar the occasionally bit of analysis of what is spent on the various county teams?

Ziggy if you've any sense lock this now before it gets completely out of hand, all this it's doing at this stage is allowing unverifiable allegations to be presented as fact and it's cutting it dangerously close in place

Mise?

Nothing to declare except my undying love for raindrops and lollipops.

Jaysus tyrone86, you sound like a man who has something to hide.

Maybe you meant about getting Dooher's red card rescinded?

Yes, that was all me baby.

Club Tyrone
have just published their accounts tyrone86 (sent out to all members), it's freely available, why shouldn't we post it? (And that is not the full accounts of the County)

If you're inclined to then feel free, I just don't see the need to justify blind allegations made from behind a pseudo name that besmirches the good name of Club Tyrone or TCB.

Fair enough:

The Club Tyrone balance sheet for 2007:

Income                          £ Expenditure                            £
Members' Donations 252,851Marketing & Administration  12,159
2007 Gala Banquet    81,259Members' Events                  4,081
                                      2007 Gala Banquet              38,747
      Total:          £334,110         Total:                    £54,987

SURPLUS FOR THE YEAR:                £279,123

And the surplus will be used for, amongst other things, the new state-of-the-art training ground in Garvaghy, and taking the 2008 All-Ireland Football champions on the holiday of a lifetime... and no, Tyrone GAA will not be taking the Kerry team on hols  ;)

I've taken tyrone86's advice about this thread. Some dangerous talk.

I'm going to notify the admin to see if he's happy enough for me to unlock it again.
