How is it paranoia to state a fact? Ulster Rugby clubs have been allocated crap tickets, that is a fact. You can argue over what the reasons might be but you can't argue over the fact.

Its not a fact it's a fact that the people the guy on OWC talked to had crap tickets or considered them crap, how ever the rest of the Ulster clubs may have great tickets or traded better tickets for more poor tickets to accommodate as many people as possible or all clubs get poor ticket but nothing has been said
Anyway, long story short... is a phrase whose origins are complicated and rambling.
