Received one of these for christmas and havent the first iota how to use.

i like reading so herself bought me one and now she keeps pestering me to get it set up but its proving difficult.

I have to download some adobe thing but cant seem to get it downloaded.

Any advice for a man who isnt the best when it comes to these things?
