Everything on my screen has become large incuding the tool bars and the decktop icons so its not the text size setting in tools...Does anyone know how to reduce the size?

Right Click on Desktop.

Select 'Properties'

Select the 'Settings' tab.

Change the Screen Resolution to suit you.
