It's basically psycho prisoners in the US looking for 'dates' or marriages  with men on the outside. Kind of funny/sad if they are actually real people, but I doubt it.

My wife doesn't drink very often and unfortunately she had a little bit too much tonight. We were out for dinner.  She will sleep it off on the floor but I have to say too many of those unfortunate women have drink and drugs problems. That's why they 're in jail!
