He promises your own unique FAIR (nothing to do with Willie Frazer ) Number, ie FAI record.

No, but I got an e-mail from a chap in Nigeria wanting to rest some money in my account for a while and promising to split it with me. I know it's a scam but it still seems like a more attractive proposition.
