There is one outside McDonalds in Belfast.
About a year ago, a boy I know pulled a late night slash up against a wall there (dirty bastard) and the RUC (dirty bastards) came round the corner and gave him a caution.
They didn't catch him in the act but when he said, "No I didn't" they said, "You were spotted on that traffic camera" and pointed to the traffic lights.
"I'm not traffic." he said. He still got the caution.
