Sick of having to head out to the pub at 1am on a Sunday to watch your County play? Sick of having a stinking hangover most Mondays during the championship season?

Setanta Sports now available on Foxtel - watch all the GAA action live from home. Can't fecking wait for the Championship to start

I heard that too but I had a look through the channels there the other night and couldn't find it anywhere. What channel number is it and is it pay per view like it is at home?

It's deadly news though, oh how I'll miss scruffies....NOT!

Showed up on mine last night on Channel 525 - think you might have to already subscribe to the Sports package to be able to see it as an option. It's an extra 14 bucks a month - peanuts when I think of the money pissed down the drain on booze and cabs on a night out to watch games.
Moving house next week, so will hold off before subscribing, assuming that Foxtel is available in the new suburb, knowing my luck ???

What games thought Gab - GAA Championship? I tried calling Setanta Oz to find out but reception was GAA, - what?

Over here, the games that were been shown live on broadband were the same ones that the pub had live. Previously, if you had a satellite dish you could pay through the nose for the same service to your home. I am under the impression that it will work the same for GAA games now, (ie) if Setanta Oz have them live, we could watch it at home through pay TV, online by subscribing to Setanta broadband, or at the pub
