I think that Tipp are a bit like an alcoholic.   Until we admit that we have a serious problem we wo'nt make much progress. After our Championship exits in the last several years, the manager of the day was given the biggest share of the blame.  The players started the moves to get rid of Michael Doyle and there seems to be too much "player power" in the Tipp camp ever since.   It will take a lot more than an other change of manager to bring success back to the county.
