my own club were representing tyrone in grade 1 and they didnt have diet sheets or anything of the sort..in fact, i know there were a few 'supermac martyrs' on our team!!i see no reason why young fella's shouldn't be encouraged to eat correctly before games as long as they werent being disrespectful to the hosts.our host club, st johns dromahair were excellent-they were as friendly a bunch as we could have hoped fornothing was too big or too small for them to sort out.great friendships formed that will last longer than the 2 or 3 days we were with them.there were also a few friendships formed in toffs and the velvet rooms but dont think this is the time or place!!!great weekend
