Honestly my main query with the current structure is why is there a playoff if kerry win the joe mc how is that fair that after winning they still might not get into munster.
Also I think the connaught and ulster championships should be brought back for the weaker counties or maybe even allow Antrim or galway to enter a second team or a team from only from junior and intermediate clubs

The current structure is completely unfair on kerry if they win just make munster 6 teams like leinster and allow kerry to ask to be relegated if they are getting bad beatings in munster

Yes, unfortunately for kerry it looks like it will be a while before they cause an upset

Kerry have really dropped off. Waterford would beat them by 20-30 points. Not sure how they have dropped so far off - maybe not getting into Munster proper a factor. Losing that fella to ok a big blow but wouldn't have set them back this far.

They lost a man to Kilkenny there wasn't much controversy because there were many other players leaving aswell. As far as I know Kerry camogie team is made up of one club I don't know if the mens is much different

The reason why in the past Kerry are in the Lenister is simple enough, they are able to play teams at their level in the likes of Westmeath/Laois/Antrim/Offaly when they play in it.. Getting a closer game against these teams is better than taking a hammering of 20 plus points against the likes of Clare/Tipp/Cork/Waterford/Limerick..

Kerry have some fantastic players but it comes and goes, they have a small pool of teams to pull from so while the passion is there and location wise they are in the right place, they should be building on the numbers, be that clubs or creating new clubs..

The tradition of Kerry football is a barrier and while I said location wise they are in Munster, it can be 2 hours to get to some of the different grounds in Kerry, its a mad aul logistical set up
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Great to see them being shown somewhere we need to support hurling in these counties if we want to genuinely increase the number of conpetitive teams at the top

The rossies who was 6/1 to win to today pulled that win out of the bag in added time.  3-16 to 1-21.

Ref is blowing some frees here.
Wouldn't be blowing them in a game between the big counties, imho. Assuming they'd let him loose there.

Free state refs even prefer London over the nordies it seems

GTP

Would be interesting to see the foul count. Looks a lot easier for London to win them.
