Please someone for the life of me tell me what a OWC is, seen it appear loads of times on this site and havnt a clue

They have a distasteful section called 'Current Affairs' which deals mainly with spreading the word about the bigoted GAA and other Irish beggars and terrorists in general. However this has now been restricted and can only be viewed by "paying patrons". They also have a history posting peoples contact details online and "door-stepping" members of this board at their place of work.
