And nobody is arguing differently but the way to do it is not to spread the money so thinly as to make no impact on anyone. Bigger counties are going to need more money than smaller ones, some counties will need more than others because they aren't as well developed and so on. Saying everyone show get an equal share is not the way to improve GAA.
