Must say I was surprised to read this survey in Belfast Telegraph today. In spite of a disproportionate number of protestant fundamentalist cults in the North , we still have more atheists per capita than the South!

So Myles and co are in the minority, and the one Holy Apostolic Roman Catholic Church in the South has a Fianna Fail like capacity fr survival!
