Guys just looking a bit of advice.
I have a hospital appointment in London on the 14th July. I have never been to London before. I was thinking of flying into Heathrow for 9.00am. Google is saying that it will take approx. 1hr 15min to get to the hospital. My appointment is at 1:00 so I have plenty of time to get there. It is the trip home that concerns me. I reckon that I would need to leave the hospital at 4:30 in order to get to the airport for the 7:40pm flight home.
Seeing that this is rush hour is this the latest that I can leave it?
What would be the best way to travel Taxi or Tube. It is the University College Hospital that I have to attend.

If you are going for the only the day you won't need a bag checked in. Make sure you check in online, thus leaving yourself the security queue as your only hold up.

Finally, from Belfast you will be arriving in either Terminal 1, or Terminal 5 with BA. If it is Terminal 1 it might be worth your while checking this site out: http://www.heathrowairport.com/flight-information/airline-moves. Some airlines change terminals before the day you travel and some change after so you may need to plan around that to save yourself time.
