Had a good laugh with Simon just before Xmas.He visited to meet traders and practically everyone was giving off about charity shops in town centres, selling brand new goods,but gaining rates exemption.Later on a DUP colleague of his in the town centre asked him to visit his daughter's shop and he explained that his daughter started off a few years previously in a charity shop,not appreciating the irony! I kid you not,Simon nearly rolled over the footpath laughing
