Re the underage stuff Meath are about 10 years behind the "top" underage set ups but on the evidence of what I've seen with the U16s this year are definitely heading in the right direction
Declan- who would you class as having top underage setups? Dubs, Cork, Galway, cavan?

Seafoid my direct experience is really limited to Dublin, Cavan and Meath and in recent years very much in that order. I'm not sure of other areas in the country but the template Dublin used was based on Tyrone if I'm not mistaken.  Maybe some of the better informed posters could offer an opinion on their counties?
