I was aware of pretty much all of the Dutch stuff, wasn't aware that Pennsylvianian Dutch in the USA (who i'm assuming are the Amish?) are of German origin.

Didn't realise there was a North Holland and a South Holland. I thought it was just Holland. The province that is, not the country.
