Dundalk, Castlebellingham, Drogheda and Balbriggan. If I don't see Oliver Plunkett's head again it'll still be too soon. In fairness getting to stop at Bellingham Castle for a feed was a rock and roll lifestyle in those days, all sorts of characters hanging around the place and if time we'd pay respects to Napper Tandy before leaving. Probably nostalgia had us getting married there in the end. Dundalk was always the place to stop on the way back from the big games, the place was always buzzing, with the on-the-runs blubbering their farewells until the next big game, which wasn't very often for us in them days.
