Just heard the on the radio there him and his brother were out trying to stop traffic using the bridge when he got swept away.

He is only 25. Awful sad

That's awful about that guard. Mental night last night, Dublin City Council need some kick up the hole. Any bit of rain in the last 6 months there has been water gushing out of the drains. Harolds' Cross still under water this morning.

Heard that earlier, that's on the canal in Harold's Cross. There was water pumping out of every manhole around there yesterday evening, can only imagine what it was like around midnight.
