QuoteGerry McEntee has just become a non person. He never existed.

Worse than buying Rosary beads in St Patricks cathedral.

If you were any use you'd be playing.

I still think O'Rourke might be the man when the day comes for him to ascend to the position of Meath manager.

He has managed the country, but he should have managed Simmonstown to at least one SFC title. I think that they lead Blackhall Gaels by as much as 13 points in the final and lost!!

Ah, Gerry, Gerry Gerry,

Maybe he's just getting to know the next generation of Dubs before returning back to the Royals so we can regain our dominance over the Dubs.
It won't be the next manager but the one after that Meath will become competitive again - MO'D 2016

As I said yesterday somewhere, it looks like Colm Coyle is the man who looks like he will be the best manager to come from that elite team
Don't forget Liam Hayes!
I still think O'Rourke might be the man when the day comes for him to ascend to the position of Meath manager.
Gerry who?
dont rate hayes at all
and I defo have not seen anything in orourke that would make me think he is even close to Coyle.
For all his great success in schools, I have seen the opposite and his mismanagement of teams and players.
though he is a smart hoor and if he has lost a bit of his natural western thickness and stubborness he could be good if he listened and learned. Coyle already has this.V smart and v under rated. Not so much now though!

Surely you can't dismiss Hayes's magnificent record with Carlow!

Jinxy

Carlow are only now beginning to reap the benefits of Hayes' trojan work with them.
If you were any use you'd be playing.

I'd say Carlow (aka legoland)have just recovered from hayes regieme  !

went to play them as a minor - having never seen their county colours before, I actually commented to the lads - 'feck are we playing legoland today'.

It actually doesn't look too bad on their credit card, its one of the better ones I think anyway, check the link below, the mayo one is just awfull

Whoever designed those credit cards clearly had his tongue in cheek - the Kildare card shows the team walking away, Leitrim's has no team at all, Westmeath's just shows an elbow and of course Dublin's focuses on the boot!
