Third man in, in a fight

Is there a rule about the third man becoming involved in a fight, even by trying to split it up, or is this rule just for International Rules.

if big Sean McGuigan is reffing up in Derry, its the man who pulls a knife from his sock who gets the line. All else is eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth  ;D

And that's only because it's not considered fair in slaughtneil to conceal a weapon.
