Goats Do Shave

The Gs Man

Millbegs and Spides.

Which reminds me of the recent chant at the student protests in Belfast.....

"Nick Clegg,......ballbeg"
Keep 'er lit

Tony Baloney

Personal preference is for wah-wah or McCooey. Spides and millies are a sub-genre of the McCooey.

Tough times don't last, tough people do!

Milltown Row2

Been called many nicknames by culchies/sheep-shaggers .  the main ones are Frankies McCooey's and chip eaters.
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

fitzroyalty

Frankies, Smicks and Shafties.
Wouldn't say 'spide' is specific to Belfast, spides can be from anywhere.

Bingo

A friend of mine from way down south recently spent a weekend and on his returned he commented on his FB that he had a great weekend and he described the belfast people as "the most friendly angry people he ever met"

Can't disagree with that. I always found Belfast people sound. Very friendly as are the Liverpool people.
