When your dealing with the Dublin press the GAA coverage is not good enough.
Once you go through the vast amount of pages on Rugby then one or two on soccer the GAA usually only gets 2 pages in the Indo.
Its hard to believe its our national Game.
but it will return to the front pages  in a couple of years once the IRFU returns to its mediocrity and the bandwagoners forget about it cause they arent competing.
roll on that day.
Best GAA paper has to be the Irish News, great coverage. If only they had a sunday edition.

unfortunately for yourself, this could be a long way off yet....rugby has attracted a huge amount of youngins, and at senior level, theres a  bunch of talent esp from Leinster about to burst onto the international scene

Best of luck to them, i dont have a problem with Rugby would rarely watch it but it gets massive press considering its the 4th choice sport in the country. Maybe even 5th behind horse racing.

The best weekly newspaper for GAA coverage is the Irish News and the Irish Star. The best Sunday paper for GAA coverage is the Sunday Life.

Have to agree with Sunday Tribune being the best. Kieran Shannon is the best in the business, you would often read his column twice on a Sunday. McKenna and Clerkin are also very good.

Eugene McGee in the Indo is good but maybe it is not on Sunday?

Tom Humphries can write some excellent stuff but tries a bit too hard to be smart sometimes.

Used to read Spillnae to see what he was saying but wouldn't even bother looking at it now.
