Parish Boundaries in Kerry

Any Kerry folk on here can shed any light on the latest on the two young lads in dispute over their club situation?

Bucks go to the nearest primary school in Listry, their home house is in the Firies/Faranfore GAA parish area. They want to play ball with their schoolmates who play for Listry but under the parish rules they should play for Firies/Faranfore which is a lot further away.

Lads, there are people who are 'on the wrong side' of parish boundaries in every county I'd imagine.
