Bank of Ireland charges

Does anyone know what the charges will be and what the policy is for those who are living abroad and do not use their BOI account but still have some money sitting in it?

Clearly those who have moved away beit for a year or a few years will  not be making 9 payments every 3 months nor will they be lodging 1,000 euro a month.
