At a training day in work the trainer informed us that it wasn't PC anymore to use the term Brainstorming as it was offensive to epileptics. Instead we had to use the term thought shower.

i don't understand it .. its madness, who and when decides these things, i'd like to know the person who is offended by, brainstorming, manhole, flipchart?

what evidence is there that these words are offensive.....
