Stinking. I've been awake nor for an hour and a half. 3 hours til the alarm goes off.

There's a million thoughts running through my head.

When that voice is talking in my head, who is it talking to? I also think it has developed an accent.

Here's my tips.

1) When you get into the office, cancel the first meeting, and spend an hour planning what you need to achieve and their associated activities
2) Dont try to do it all on your own. Make/encourage peers/colleagues to step up to the mark
3) Dont go to bed until you've planned out the following day's work
4) Dont go to bed until you're tired
5) Keep fit. Go swimming on your way home from work or go for a jog.

Think so many of us are having sleep problems because there has been a full moon this past weekend.

I'm the same every Sunday night. So Sunday night, I went to the pub for a couple of hours and when I got back to the house at 11.30pm, I slept like a baby.

What? Sleep for a couple of hours before waking up screaming looking a bottle?

Cheers for the advice.  No such luck with the meetings though........When I landed in this morning I was reminded that I had 2 meetings today, which I was totally unaware off.  The boss had simply forgot to tell me about them.

I was wrecked going to bed last night too, fell asleep at the start of "voices from the grave"

Football training tonight might help bring on a bit of extra tiredness, but no doubt I'll be awake at the same time again tonight  >:(

My tips.

1. Try lying in front of the fire and pretending you're a dog. Have you ever seen a dog awake in front of the fire?
2. Count sheep. (This is not to be attempted in conjunction with 1 above. Dogs can't count).
3. Seek out a narcoleptic and get him to sneeze on you and hopefully infect you.

I dont know when I last had a decent sleep or got up feeling fully rested (whether I have a lie in or not).
I get to sleep alright but I constantly wake up during the night, constantly having mixed up weird dreams - I think I just snooze through the night rather than actually sleep.

and! I constantly wake up about a hour early which is a killer because I'm only getting back off to sleep when the alarm goes.

I only get a decent sleep when I'm half drunk or when I take a load of painkillers before bed but that wouldn't be a good habit to get in to would it?
Which one of you bitches wants to dance?

I find watching TV or a DVD helps if I can't sleep. Another tried and tested method is a few moment's "self-relief", usually does the trick...

A few drinks is great for a good night's sleep
