GPA registration

been told by county rep that we have to register online this year ourselves.

got some automated  message sent to me with my name and password. tried loging in with it but doesnt seem to work.

so can anyone tell me if i have to first register that name and password or will it just begin to work come november?

Id suppose if the numbers drop you'll be automatically registered anyway if you are an elite athlete.
