Slightly less woeful weekend than normal for Armagh exiles

Kildare and Monaghan beaten, and Monaghan fairly certain to lose their Division 1 Status, whch might ironically be taken by Armagh.

At least Galway won (and spoiled a nice little bet for me as I had the Dubs with Cork, Sligo, Tyrone, Down and Mayo

), and Big Joe could relax and watch Armagh beat Tipp yesterday, from a few seats in front of me

I had an extremely quick getaway, was the first car out of Cross and was in Newry shopping in Currys less than 20 minutes after the Final whistle

Had Tyrone backed at 5/6 along with Cork 5/4, Down 4/9, Sligo 8/11, Antrim 8/13 and Dublin 8/15. Nice little bet at 33/1 approximately. Should have known not to back Dubs
