Yeah, I ordered something online - paid £5.95 for next working day delivery, then was told it definitely wouldn't come next working day! A-holes could have told me that to begin with!

How long will it be before this gets back to normal? I am leaving my Passport in to get a Visa on a Wed in mid-November and need it back for the Fri/Sat before I fly back? :/

I wouldnt be putting my Passport anywhere near the post box at the min, what i would do is book the day off work and hand deliver it yourself,

noone really knows when this is going to get sorted
