Is it just me, or does anyone think this is beginning to get to be a bit of a joke !
the amount of managers swapping clubs, resigning from their position if another manager has got sacked somewhere else etc etc.

a few examples recently
Gary Megson signs a contract at Leicester, 6 weeks later he is at Bolton
Steve Bruce leaves Birmingham, 2 days later he is at Wigan
Ian Holloway resigns from Plymouth, next day he is at Leicester.

Contracts obviously dont mean a fcuk.

I assume the only reason all this can be happening is MONEY.

I know it would hard to turn down a double or treble your wages offer, but surely there has to some loyalty.

And on another note, if Derby had of got beaten in last seassons play-off, Billy Davies would still have had a job. His reward for promotion and not being able to compete was the sack.

Its no coincidence that Man U and Arsenal are the 2 best clubs cause they have the longest serving managers. they need time, plenty of time to make an impression. Billy Davies got a dozen or so matches

Or they are serving longest because they are successful! Wenger won the double in his second season. Ferguson was given a bit more time obviously, but, as the story goes, his job was somewhat in jeopardy before that cup run and win in 1990, which was only just over three years after he took over.

At this moment in time if someone offered you 3 times your current salary for doing the same job in a different office, would you turn it down, would you f**k.
