Joe Slovo - I'd never heard of him

I was listening to a program on Radio 4 called Great Lives about a guy called Joe Slovo. 

He was a member of the armed wing of the ANC and Ed Miliband picked him to be discussed.  Also on the show was Joe's daughter Gillian.

As I said I never heard of him but it was quite funny when the Host and Miliband was referring to him as a terrorist and his daughter would have none of that and shot Miliband down.  Off to find out more about him.
