will to win is important the will to prepare to win is vital

North Longford

Was at it. Louth better team particularly around the middle area of the field.
Longford couldn't get enough ball consistently. Louth about 3 up at half time. Longford got 4 on the trot and had the wind at their back in second half and all looked promising but a quick 1-02 from Louth including penalty just about killed the game.
Longford never looked like getting the scores to get anything out of it.

Who do Louth play in the AI semi I'm assuming it is a Munster team. We (Lancashire) play London in the All Britain final this Sunday and the winners play Roscommon in the AI semi's on 8th August in Roscommon.

Cork play Louth. We play the British Champions so I think we can be reasonably confident of getting there.
However we won the Connacht Final on 31st May so it will basically be a whole new ball game for Mick Jordan as he sees who is available or indeed interested what with Senior call ups, lads gone away for the Summer and Club committments.
We live in hope as always of an 11th All Ireland Title to come to our lovely land.
