One other thing, the fluid circulated around your garden does not heat up enough to heat your house (it's not water anway, it's brine - sort of a water and anti-freeze mixture). The brine returning to the house might be only a degree or two warmer than when it went out but it is passed through a compressor/heat-exchanger/expander that will heat water in the internal circuit to ~40-60deg. The water for UFH doesn't need to be as warm as that for rads.
