Downloading Gaa Radio Commentary

Is this possible. I'm not a techie, but would quite like to download some championship commentary. How do you do this?

Just the commentary?
Its a while since I have had a look, but rte.ie had podcasts of the Sunday radio sports program available for download.
Can be played quite easy on a computer.

GAA TV sports programs are made available for downloading on a few torrent websites.
If you can manage to get your head around that technology, it would be one real possibility.

As it is a video file it would be 10 times bigger than just an audio file of the same program.
