One-year freeze on drink prices

it's not enough to freeze it, they need to be put in reverse. A large part of the problem is the government tax is very high. I also believe the drinks companies are selling cheaper to off licences than to pubs. It is crazy the difference between beer in an off licence and the pub. I bought 8 cans of Heinenken for a party at the weekend for €12 and that was not a special offer or anything like that. 8 pints of Heineken would cost you at least twice that (100% increase in price). Add in the fact that I can go north and save another heap of money makes drinking in the pub less and less appealing.

 To pay the price of  booze is in the south you have to be very wealthy or very nuts.

Its better than the price of frozen drinks going up.

Got a nice pint of locally made made IPA last night for $3. Very tasty it was too and about 7%
