Barton - Never really brought much success to any club but has a good reputation for some reason god knows why he has a rep as a manager - what has he ever achieved?

Bradley - Can't be manager with 2 sons on the team... ask Joe Kernan can derry afford to give him 3 years to get it right before he did it at glenullin

Brown - Has done well with minor teams with PC but I don't think he is cut out for Inter County Senior management this would be a disaster

I Kernan takes the job.  If only to put an end to this bullsht that all they're missing is a good manager!!  All mediocre players imo.  P Bradley was put in McMenamins pocket when he got the job of marking him.

And this was when? This year in the league? No Bradley roasted Gormley! 2 years ago in Healy Park? No not then either I'm afraid. So you must mean 4 years ago when we actually had a shite team. Yeah that's relevant alright... Dumbass!

It did happen... twice I think but not too recently. Both games were at Celtic Park, one after a replay (P Bradley nearly won the game on his own the first day) and the other a first round I think where we were well beaten again. But as I said we didn't have the stuff out the field on those occasions.

Actually it was  the replay in Casement 03 and Clones 04. And to be fair, despite how shite we where in 2006, Bradley didn't exactly set Healy park alight with his skill that day either.

Anyway, if I'm not mistaken and despite the slagging he's gotten between this thread and the Derry club thread, wasn't Chris Brown the last man to manage youse to All-Ireland Championships at any level of football? Not only in '02 but didn't he take you to a final in 95 as well?

oh yes, THAT replay..happened just after Porto had cheated and dived their way to the UEFA cup against Celtic, Tyrone did a 'Porto' at Casement...at least half a dozen easy frees in the first half alone...thats the day football changed for me so profound was the cheating, bitter
