Ulster?? Would it not be better for them to start their own Leinster league??

not if there are only 3 of them interested!!  They have been in the Ulster Minor League for many a year now.

Besides didn't Louth used to be the 10th county of Ulster back in the day when Meath and Westmeath were the 5th province?
