We got the price down $50,000 from the opening offer, with a further $10,000 credit to use how we see fit (against the price, closing costs, home owners dues etc). I figure we can outfit a condo pretty well for $10,000 or even a little bit more. Roughly translated its going to cost my dad a little less than 75,000 sterling, which is what he was going to pump into some half assed development in Budapest anyways. He has a new granddaughter and they speak english pretty well in Reno, so I think it was a better bet.
