Just been listening to the new album - some excellent stuff on it. The track "Serious" is as good a song as I've heard in years

He can sing but every now and again he goes into this half talking, half singing, rap, rant type thing that is terrible. And as for some of the lyrics - absolutely ridiculous at times. Listened to one of his albums for the first time the other day and burst out laughing a few times. Acquired taste indeed.

That said the odd good song but way way over rated.

Agree, a very acquired taste indeed.  As a singer, I just don't rate him at all.

l like some of his stuff but the rest, l could'nt be bothered. Will not be buying the new one but glad the guy is making a go of it.

Heading down to the Wateringhole Front Hall on Sat. to see Foy Vance,  local singer-songwriter. The boy is pure gold..
