Just out of interest, when did having a TV, or the right to recieve information via newspapers and so on become a basic human right?

dont agree with the death penalty but those little shits that killed the polish guy over the w/e because he wouldnt get them beer deserve nothing else. when these pricks go into court and say i'm sorry, lost the head, blah blah blah they supposedly get life and then they walk the streets 8-12 years later. they should do at least 25 years and then only be left out on a restricted basis after that (ie report to the prison service every month). makes me sick..

Unprovoked attack in which one of them goes home to get a screwdriver? It should be life without the possibility of parole, but the little sc**bag will probably make a deal for manslaughter or witnesses will be intimidated and he won't be convicted at all. Ireland is far, far too easy on scum like that.
