When all Connacht is amalgamated ( at the same time as Dublin is split) we can sell Pearse, McHale and Markievicz. Develop the Hyde with 25,000 seats and 25,000 capacity terrace.
Pàirc Sheàin can be used for League games.

Sorry to say this but Mayo and Galway will always have their own teams.

We'll three will just go it alone as East Connacht then.

Why do we want a bunch of D4 and D3 lads cluttering our panel?
Sure that'll be what the junior team is for I suppose, none of our lads could possibly compete with the Rossie galaticos  ::)

In fairness ye both literally proved that on the field last year.

Haven't Div 3 teams eliminated Roscommon out of the last two Championships?

It's about your level really.

Markievicz should have been sold years ago. Not fit for purpose (no training/warmup area) and impossible to develop. Poorly served for parking also.

and its in a soccer town, maybe rovers could buy it. with the tiny soccer pitches they'd have room to develop
Would there be enough room for the regular 359 supporters Sligo Rovers get?

Be interesting to see how they'll manage the tailback of cars trying to get off the M50 when there's a big match on.

Driverless cars. There won't be any traffic  ;)

25K, it must only be for club fixtures, underage county games and the odd National league outing for the hurlers..
And Leinster hurling games involving Laois Offaly etc
