Applying the advantage rule is not easy, requires good judgement and ability to see the wider aspects of the game.  Funny thing is, in a number of cases where a referee has been praised for good use of advantage - it has often been a mistake (referees will privately admit to this in some company).  They have been distracted by something else going on in the pitch and by the time they return to the play the team has made use of the opportunity.

BTW - A referee is supposed to run with his hand in the air, counting out to 5 in a loud voice for everyone to hear.  (Good one!)

No problem for this ref. Called it back or let play go on after the 3rd seig  :)
