Joe Molloy is very good and gets a conversation going and allows people to relax where as Colm Parkinson(, a poormans Ciaran murphy,  and ger gilroy are more confrontational and that tends to put people on the back foot.
where as Des cahill and Eoin McDevitt both suffer the same problem Brilliant on the radio shit on TV.
as for player pundits Seamus Quigley is probably the best
