I actually think that Galway will really put it up to Kilkenny.
They have the firepower, it's just that their defense can be a bit suspect.

Kilkenny will win by 10 points or more. Galway have had an easy run so far that has made them look good. no tough matches to test them, not a great full back line either. i think Kilkenny will blow them away early.

Galway always seem to give Kilkenny socks of it, but a lot of that was due to the pace they played at. I'm not sure that pace is there now, they seem to have a lot of bigger lads, so it will be interesting to see if they can out muscle a Kilkenny team that have thrived on muscle for a few years now.I think Galway will be close, and I wouldn't be surprised if they beat them.

It is kind of quaint though that some hurling fans (not many) in Munster still get het up about the MSHC.

Galway were second best and I'd have no hope for them getting better. They don't have near enough scoring forwards.
