Shared Access Mobile Operators at GAA Grounds

has anyone  any experience using Shared Access Ireland to raise funds for the club by installing mobile phone aerials. We have floodlights on 18m masts and was looking at this to see if it is a viable option to generate some money.

Frustratingly slow - made an application in 2011 and was told to wait and see ... I'm still waiting.  Apparently they have to wait for the mobile phone companies to bite if the coverage in a particular area needs to be upgraded.
