Online player transfers

Just wondering if anyone has managed to log in to the new online facility to process a player transfer? Is this done by the club secretary or the county secretary?  How do you register to get a password?

I'm in the process of doing mine at the minute. Give your email address and the name and county of the club you are leaving to the secretary of your new club. They'll enter it on the system and you'll get an email with a link to your online form. Enter your details and submit the form. It'll go back to your club secretary to confirm your details. It'll then go, via email to Croke Park, your old club and county secretary. All they've to do is click accept and that should be it.

I think that's how it works anyway-I'll see if mine is through for the start of the league!
