If you're a BT Customer in the north, there's an app in the Google Play store available called BT SmartTalk that through using wifi or your mobile network's data network (3G advisable I'd say, not sure how well it would work on GPRS or EDGE), you can make calls using your mobile as if it were your home phone and you're charged for that call respectively so for example if you call someone with BT smarttalk that would count as a free or included call on your landline at home then the call through SmartTalk is also free. I was helping set it up for a few family members over the weekend and it seems to work fine after an initial hiccup. Could prove very useful for calling an 08xx number that won't come out of your mobile allowance, or if you're down south (or abroad) and you have a free wi-fi connection available to avoid roaming charges.

I assume there's a similar app for iPhones as well?

A bit like Viber which I've installed but only used once in a while as the other person also needs to be on it.

I thought the new controls were crap. Reverted back to the joystick one. Don't see much difference from FIFA 13 really but maybe I'm missing something.
